Inclusions
- 3* to 4* Accommodation as per the availability. (We will recommend you Hotels/Service Apartments/Ground Floor Villa as per your choice)
- Meals as per hotel plan and other feasible options based on your travel plan and timings.
- Sanitized vehicles with driver speaking Hindi, English, Urdu & Punjabi.
- Sanitizer in the vehicle & hotel rooms.
- The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and needs to be returned with a full tank. Extra fuel will be at your own expense.
- Airport Pickup, drop off and city tour will be provided. Some of the travel itinerary will also be covered by Dubai Metro to save on you time.
Exclusions
- Taxes, Travel & Tourism fee if applicable.
- Anything not mentioned under ‘package inclusions’.
- Personal expenses such as medical expense, laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.
- Camera fees, alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, mineral water and starters.
- Entry fee to any museums or monuments if not mentioned in packages, Metro travel or any personal travel.
- Personal Shopping, Sim Card, Internet Data and Calling balance.
Payment Policy
- Advance booking fee (not full but just to initiate your VISA and travel process)
- 30 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost
- 20 – 29 days before date of departure: 50% of the total cost
- 19 days or less before the date of departure: 75% of the total cost
- Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before the date of departure.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office/Email ID. The
cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
Cancellation charges per person
30 days or more before departure : 25% of total cost
29 – 20 days before departure : 50% of total cost
Less than 19 days before departure : 100% of total cost
If we change or cancel your holiday
We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
